Walick-Kemp & Associates, Inc., was started in 2005 as the Liebert exclusive representative for the Middle Tennessee market. Bob Walick, Owner/President of Walick-Kemp, has over 33 years of extensive experience with Liebert products and services.

Meet The Team

Bob_085_1Bob Walick, President & Owner

Bob has over 33 years of Liebert experience, with the last 29 years being utilized in field engineering and sales for all of the Liebert products. He is responsible for the overall management of Walick-Kemp and serves as the sales engineer for high availability power protection and environmental control systems.

Bob is a 1981 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University in with a B.S. in Econ-Management. He joined Liebert after graduation in the factory for manufacturing experience, only to be quickly moved into sales support administration.

Bob’s sales experience is 10 Years in the South Florida office followed by 10 Years in the Charlotte NC office as a partner in the firm. In 2005, The Nashville franchise opened and Bob acquired full ownership to date. Bob truly has done it all for Liebert Corporation since 1982.

Triston_060_1Triston Carroll, Account Executive

Triston joined the Walick Kemp sales team in March of 2014. With over 14 years of experience in the Electrical Distribution market, Triston brings an understanding of the Channel segment, and is excited to bring that experience to the Walick-Kemp team. In addition to the Channel, Triston will be responsible for our TVSS, All UPS & Power products, and Integrated Solution product categories.

Dan_042_1Daniel Hundley, Parts Manager

Daniel joined us in July 2009 from Dallas TX where he worked as the Parts Manager for Tech Plan the Dallas market Liebert Rep. Daniel has over 12 years of Liebert equipment experience, and an additional 4 years in wholesale parts/counter sales. Daniel is responsible for the day to day operations of WKA Parts LLC. He is excited to be a part of the Walick-Kemp growth.

Drew_037_1Drew Barnett, Account Executive

Drew joined us in May of 2009. He is originally from Columbus, OH where he worked for Liebert in their sales support department. Drew brings over 10 years of experience with Liebert products and services to the team. He is currently responsible for Liebert’s precision air conditioning and thermal management product lines in our office, and looks forward to being a part of Walick-Kemp Associates’ continued success.

Brittney_053_1Brittney Nelson, Contract Sales Executive for ENP & WKA Service

Brittney joined our team in March 2011. Originally, from Colorado Springs, CO she has made her home in Nashville. Brittney graduated in 2008 from Trevecca Nazarene University with a B.S. in Psychology. Her enthusiasm spreads throughout the office in her daily interactions with customers for all UPS/Power/Cooling service contracts.

Brittney has been recognized nationally by Vertiv these past 4 years for her success in the growth of service contracts and maintainability for Walick Kemp Associates. We look forward to Brittney’s continued growth within the company.

Aaron_021_1Aaron Blair, Service Manager

A Marine Corps Veteran serving during Operation Desert Storm, Aaron entered the Air conditioning Trade in 1994. He Graduated with honors from HVAC Technical School. Aaron entered the highly accredited United Association Pipe fitters and HVAC apprenticeship in Los Angeles becoming a certified Journeyman at the completion of the six year program. Throughout his twenty years in the trade Aaron has worked in every aspect from Pipe Fitter, Centrifugal Mechanic and Controls to extensive Liebert Certifications for mechanics, Icom controls and networking of equipment.

Since becoming Service Manager in 2009 for WKA Service LLC, Aaron has help grow the Service company with his extensive experience and untiring service for Middle Tennessee customers. Presently, WKA Service is recognized as the primary Liebert factory certified Service Company for any warranty claims and warranty inspections.

Deana_068_1DeAna Bagwell, Accountant

DeAna has been the accountant for Walick-Kemp and Associates since January, 2007. She graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a BS in Business Administration-Accounting. DeAna is a Nashville native and has been working in the accounting profession for over 25 years. Her background and experience provide our customers with excellent service and resources.

Chris_047_1Chris Henkel, Lead Service Technician

Chris has been the lead service technician since July of 2012, bringing over ten years of HVAC experience to the team. He has serviced several different industries in the HVAC field, including commercial refrigeration and restaurant equipment. Chris attended Tennessee technology center of Nashville, where he completed two years of HVAC training.

Steve_074_1Steve Garrett, Director / Thermal Management Operations / DCIM

Steve brings 25 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical trades to the team. Steve completed his HVAC Journeyman program with the USAF in 1992. He serviced all types of HVAC equipment including harsh environments in Saudi Arabia and Alaska. During his assignment with the Pentagon support wing he received advanced controls training and working on the bases first BMS implementation. Steve moved on to the civilian sector and worked his way to senior service tech until he took on the job of Chief Engineer for BNY Mellon.
